My husband & I eloped to the Pacific Northwest in September 2021! Our anniversary is September 6th, but we literally did our little ceremony during lunch in the midst of packing me up to move, then went on our honeymoon a couple weeks later. We are both photographers and love the outdoors, so driving & photographing Washington and Oregon was so perfect for us. I've been to the PNW a couple times--20+ years ago!--but it was Scott's first time up there, and now he not only loves it, but wants to live there.
We visited Redmond, Whidbey Island, Oak Harbor, Seattle, Port Angeles, Olympic National Park, the Hoh rainforest, Forks, Rialto Beach, Long Beach, Portland, Tacoma, Snoqualmie Falls, and Leavenworth. We probably put close to 700 miles on the car because we stayed in a different city every single night! It was a super fun trip and we look forward to many more adventures together.
